Product Stability During Shipping

EarthOnated Ozonated Olive Oil is a highly saturated, high-potency ozonated oil. Our product has been tested at room temperature for periods exceeding three weeks without breaking down or becoming runny.

We do not freeze our ozonated olive oil prior to shipping. Normal shipping conditions should not significantly affect the product during transit.

Canada & United States Shipping

Orders shipped within Canada and the United States are normally sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ or another appropriate Canada Post service.

Estimated delivery times are generally approximately 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and postal service conditions.

International Shipping

International orders are generally shipped through Canada Post using Small Packet Air or another suitable international mail service.

International delivery times are generally approximately 7–21 business days after shipment. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country’s postal system, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Some international Small Packet Air shipments may not include full tracking. Where available, shipment or item identification information from Canada Post can be provided upon request.

Purolator & Courier Shipping

Customers may request that their order be shipped by Purolator or another courier service.

Courier shipping is generally more expensive than standard Canada Post shipping. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you by email with the additional cost.

If you approve the increased shipping charge, payment for the difference must be received before the order is released for courier shipment.
